KOMPANY TO BAYERN MUNICH?
Vincent Kompany has reportedly agreed to a Verbal
agreement with German giants Bayern Munich.
The news
broke out few days ago that Kompany has received direct links from Bayern
Munich Board.
Bayern are
ready to give 10 million euros as a compensation fee, but The Clarets want 20 million
euros. But the amount doesn’t seems to a problem as because both the side are
on positive end of conversation.
It shocked
the whole football world that a relegated-side manager has agreed to become a manager
of a club who has won consecutive 11 Bundesliga title and 7 times Champions
League Winner.
FC Bayern have offered him a contract until 2027.
SAY "NO" TO BAYERN...
As per
reports 13 managers had rejected the job for managerial post for Bayern which
include famous coaches like Xabi Alonso, Julian Nagelsmann, Zinedine Zidane,
Hansi Flick and many more which is quite shocking.
The reason
for this turmoil can be lacking of confidence within the players and no clear
future project for the club. Also, some Managers are scared for getting sacked
just because if they can’t help Bayern to win the Bundesliga title. They have
closely monitored the situation happened with Nagelsmann and Tuchel respectively.
The mess
started when Bayern sacked Nagelsmann just because in that season the
Bundesliga title had become competitive with teams like Union Berlin and BVB. At that time Tuchel
was a free agent after being sacked by Chelsea. They immediately contacted him
as because Real Madrid were also considering to appoint Tuchel as head coach
who will succeed Ancelotti.
And on the
first call Tuchel agreed to join Bayern Munich on 3-year deal. Then the club
which was at his best started to set back the expectations from the fans. Despite
being knocked out by Man City in the Champions League in the quarter finals and
the only hope was to win Bundesliga and of course they won the Bundesliga Title
on last day, thanks to BVB to bottle the league match on final day.
The fans of
Bayern were already calling the board to sack Tuchel just after few months with
club, but they showed some patience towards him and also gave him world class
signing like Kim Min Jae, Harry Kane, Eric Deir, Bryan
Zaragoza, Sacha Boey etc.

And now you
can see this season they are going trophyless for the first time since
2011/12.They lost to Real Madrid in the Semi Finals of the Champions League
despite being on a good possession. Also, they finished third in Bundesliga
below Stuttgart, hence they are knockout for the next season DFL Super Cup.
The news came
out in March that Tuchel has made his mind to leave Bayern after they lost the
match against Invincible Bayer Leverkusen, who ended Bayern’s 11 consecutive
league title run.
Despite being
a disappointed season around 10000 fans wrote a petition to Bayern’s Board that
they are happy with Thomas Tuchel’s vision towards the club. Also, Senior
players like Thomas Muller and Manuel Nuer are happy with Tuchel and are asking
to keep patience with the manager. The board shocked the world when news broke
out that Bayern would like to continue with Tuchel despite being disappointed
season (according to them) as they couldn’t find a perfect replacement.
But Tuchel
has clearly stated that he wants to leave Bayern despite the board’s proposal
to stay. Several Reports show us that Tuchel has been closely linked with INEOS
and would like to replace Ten Hag at Manchester United. Links with Barcelona
and Chelsea are also being rumored.
