ANTONY JOINS REAL BETIS
Manchester United Forward Antony agrees to join Real Betis on loan for the remainder of the season
If we go back to history, Antony joined Manchester United from Eredivisie side Ajax in September for an £86 million fee making him the second most expensive signing in the club's history after Paul Pogba.
Since then Antony had 96 appearances and has scored only 12 goals, but the most shocking is that he hasn't started a Premier League match this season.
Antony joins Betis on a straight loan deal, with United recovering a minimum of 84 per cent of his salary plus bonuses.
New management of INEOS want's Antony to play for the first team, but not for the red devil's, so they decided to loan him to Seville based side with no option to buy the player.
Betis is managed by former Manchester City boss Pellegrini and luckily are still involved in this season's Conference League.
His contract is up in 2027 and includes a club held option of further year.
